Although the people are super friendly I am very disappointed to be dismissed on the real problem with my 2018 vehicle, I'm not impressed with being told a vehicle that ran great and quietly for 8 months and now sounds like a diesel and has hesitations, didn't start one day and back fired when it finally did has nothing wrong with it when they barely road tested it, this is disappointing because I work at a auto repair shop and would never do this to our customer, I can take 3 idenitcal cars off that lot today and prove my car runs and sounds differently then they do but the problem is ignored.

Coty Root was an exceptional salesperson. He knew what I wanted and did not try to get me to go in another direction. He communicated efficiently and effectively. I was very impressed with the delivery of my car to my door as well (I live an hour away so this was very convenient)! Kudos to Shearer Chevrolet!

We had some warranty work done and days later Shearer contacted me for another $80 because they miscalculated the amount that was covered. I think since it was their fault they should just do the right thing and write it off. We've purchased/serviced several vehicles from that dealership and this experience will make me think about returning. The expected time in the shop was extended by 2 days (plus a weekend) and I also had to call them 3 times to get updates. Communication could be better. It seems like the service department isn't given permission to keep their customers happy.

Servise itself was okay. I had to call at 2pm to get an update. That was getting late if there was a more significant issue. Other things that led to my rating: 1. The phone system is terrible. Call (multiple times), no one answers but system says to stay on. After multiple cycles with no answer you go to a Vmail system that is not clear when the message will be listened to. There is a receptionist at the dealer. Send the call back to a human. What a horrible use of technology. Try to be a customer calling sometime. 2. Re above...How about using text for communication. Bing, bang, boom...done. 3. What happened to cleaning a car after a service? Even though it was warranty the dealer got the cash.
