Customer Experience Representatives

Shearer Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac is seeking full and part-time customer experience representatives to assist our customers with their vehicle delivery and ownership experience.

Primary duties of this position include:

Greeting customers who come into our business

Perform a quality vehicle delivery with customers who purchased vehicles

Maintain a customer follow up contact schedule

We seek a career minded individual who has a proven track record of customer service in their prior job. The individual will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.

This individual will have a professional appearance and demeanor and a customer service oriented attitude. This position will require the individual to have a solid understanding of technology and the ability to learn and retain knowledge of various technological aspects of an automobile and instruct customers in the operation.
